Financial 

Yes. All our projects have clear property titles, with a title certificate issued by a reputed advocate.

Banks typically sanction up to 80% of the sale agreement value. However, the final loan amount depends on your income eligibility. The bank has full discretion in determining the loan amount.

Banks and financial institutions generally offer home loans for a tenure of 10 to 25 years.

Banks calculate EMI based on 60% of your monthly income. On average, the EMI is approximately ₹800 per lakh of the loan amount.

The following documents are required:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Applicant’s photograph
  3. Photo identity proof
  4. Residence address proof
  5. Signature verification proof
  6. Age proof
  7. Processing fee

For Salaried Applicants:

  1. Last 3 months’ salary slips
  2. Form 16
  3. Repayment track record of existing loans or loan closure letter
  4. Bank statements for the last 6 months from the salary account

For Self-Employed Applicants:

  1. A brief introduction of the business/profession
  2. Photo identity proof, residence address proof, and signature verification statement for all main partners/directors
  3. Repayment track record of existing loans or loan closure letter
  4. Board resolution (in case of a company)
  5. Proof of existence of the company
  6. Office address proof
  7. Income tax returns, computation of total income, auditor’s report, balance sheet, and profit & loss account certified by a Chartered Accountant for the last 2 years (for both business and personal accounts of partners/directors)
